What is involved in a Consultation?
Each project starts with a consultation. During the consultation we will take a walk through your space and evaluate your must haves for each room. We will discuss your project requirements in detail. It is important that both homeowners be involved in the first consultation. The space must function well for the entire family, so it’s imperative to hear both sides. During the consultation, some ideas for each room may come up, but the idea of the consultation is to get further information about your upcoming project and to make sure that we are a good fit for one another.
We do offer consultations for any design challenges that you are currently encountering. ie. Paint colours, furniture placement, window treatments. ect. During this type of consultation, we will provide you with our knowledge and expertise. You will be left with notes from the consultation as well as a guide to where you can purchase the items discussed during our visit.
Do I have to sign a contract with you?
Yes, for each project that we work on together there is a contract set in place. The contract not only protects our business but you as well. It ensures that all the details are clearly laid out from the very beginning so that there are no surprises. We will sit down and go through the contract together making sure that we have read and understood what is expected from both parties.
